Departure / Check-out:

By 10.00 am on the day of departure

Payment and cancellation policy:

advance payment by bank transfer or credit card withdrawal for the cost of the first night, regardless of the booking channel; payment of the remaining amount and any extras at departure;
free cancellation up to 14 days before the check-in date, with a penalty cost of the first-night stay in case of late cancellation or no attendance. As for indirect bookings of any kind, in case of late cancellations or early departures, the penalty will be equal to the cost of the entire stay originally booked;
